Winter Texans!
We are looking forward to seeing all our Winter Texan friends again this
year. Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe River area is just what the Winter
Texans want - Sunny and Warm- Both in the Weather and in their Hearts. Over
250 people attended the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce Winter Texan
Reception last Thursday Feb. 8, 2007.
Canyon Lake businesses are more than happy to see Winter Texans come to our
area each year. The Winter Texan Reception is our way of thanking our winter
friends for staying at Canyon Lake and becoming a part of our community.
Winter Visitors from as far away as Alaska, Canada, Iowa, Michigan,
Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming were in attendance. Many have
been coming
 to
Canyon Lake for over five years, and each year we meet a few new folks who
are spending their first winter in our area, Be sure to visit our
